The Celebration(s) Part 3
Haha! So there's a part 3 in celebrating my birthday and there will be a part 4!!! I just wanted it to be a simple dinner/steamboat for those who came from penang to meet with those base in KL now.

Early Saturday morning, me dears and me woke up to go to Market. Yes, the wet market, not supermarket. ughh..i hate going there because, well, it's wet!

Coming back from there, we started to prepare for the dinner.. There's this particular thingie that Lady Cow told me its called lengkuas. HATE IT! looks so innocent but, it's damn hard ok... hard to chop lar...

So i had to chop it into a few pieces, supposedly, it's best for tomyam soup. So with the speed of light, i chopped it up, just like chopping bamboos in camp *HA YAK!!!*

After slaving our cute asses away the whole day in the kitchen while waiting for Christal to cook the soup base, me and LadyCow pass out leaving Summer with my Sex and the City dvds. Thanks for sacrificing a day of mad shopping and help me in the kitchen. For christal, thanks for rushing over to cook ya!!

Although all you can see is balls and sausages (pun intended, kekee) but, all our hardwork is inside the steamboat!! Those attended are on a SEEFOOD diet, so many stuff, and they can stuff it all into their tummy...amazing ok...

At the beginning, the hotness level is like peri-peri, not so hot..still can take, to accommodate me, the non-spicy-food-eater. I'm already like a dog in a hot summer day, tougue out, panting and all. Shitz...but i was busy talking then concentrating to eat anyway..kakakaa

Then those people wanted challenge, and they got what they wished for!! You see the soup turn to sososososo red?? They just add-in the tomyam paste straight from the can -__-|| Even Sarah, a tomyam lover, canot take it anymore that, she had to add water to her soup, to neutralize it.

Next post will be on those familiar faces you often see on my blog!!! Tomoro class at 8am la...can die wei...demi blog, gua sanggup!!

On a different note, i just felt like slapping a certain someone across his stupid face today so hard that his mother wouldn't regconize for at least a few hours. And the weird thing is.....

That certain person did nothing to me at all. I just can't stand to be around that person. I DONT WANT TO EVEN FEEL YOUR PRESENCE AROUND ME! so fuck off la dei....

I'm so screwed up wei...

and i got dilemma whether to balik penang or not...should i or should i not.......wtf la wei!!

The Celebration(s) Part 2
Sorry for the lack of updates. My dearies came all the way from Penang to KL to find me, so i need to teman them from day to night. HAHA..

So picking up from where i left, Reubens and the MMU fellas came from Cyberjaya to Setapak to give me a surprise.HAAHA. That would be like the first surprise i had ever since i can remember. They swoosheed me out of my house when i was bout to sleep. We went for dessert at ktz and then went mamak as they want to try out shishas. All the while i'm in my pajamas as he told me he just wanted to pass something to me -__-||

Suddenly, we were on the way to Genting, Woohoo! Me like impulsive actions ^-^ So cold there since it was drizzling all the way, went starbucks for awhile then the guys decided to challenge uncle lim..hehe

I got stop by the guard at the casino, so i showed him my IC, and he return it with a smile and a Happy Birthday! haha...a tour around the casino just 3 hours past my legal age. Kewll... But not all of us all walk out richer > <>

For lunch, i went KLCC Santini with a group of my coursemates. Its a mini combine birthday with my other coursemate, this would be the 4th time we celebrate together since her bday is on the 16th =)

I did not expect for a cake, but those sweethearts bought us one huge one! Creamy chocolate fudge. Oh my, i couldn't finish it after the lunch we had. That's me with most of the girls.

I guess it's a wise decision for them to get a cake since all of them enjoy it alot. You can see base on their expressiion...Suddenly everyone think it's fun to pose with a fork sticking out of your mouth. Kekeke....

I had a great time that day and i believe you guys had one too. We should go makan there more often, so nice the food!!!!!

Thanks again for the presents, i can strike out that item from my wish lists now =)

I also wanted to thank my mom, dad, DivaLisa and brotherPoh for wishing me. That meant the most. Not forgetting those many sms-es i received at 2am since my phone abit screw up now, namely from Pling, LadyCow, Summer, Joosing, Christal, Sarah, YYM, SearShen, Eemei, Karling, LiLing, Mabelle, Desmond(s), Butt, ChuanLong, TL and many others. Also thanks for all the wishes that comes from my MSN list residents and testimonials in friendster.

A huge thank you in advance to LadyCow, Summer, Sarah and Christal for helping on saturday. To the girls and butt 400km journey here to kl, really appreciate it. Desmond, Jaysen and Cheeboo time to come for the modest dinner although you guys are still having exam, same to Christal whose facing dateline for her assignments. Oh ya, thanks to TeongLi, Kelvin and housemate #1 & #2 for letting us vandalise your house.

To those that couldn't make it for the dinner, TOO BAD LA! You miss out a hell lot of good food, fun and laughters =P

More on saturday dinner..Next!!!

Free Hugs!!!

This video is viewed for more than 6 million times as at now. It's amazing what a simple gesture could do. Notice how the people are all serious before the hug, and all of the sudden they smile and just hug him.

Will you give me a hug you see me next? =)

Joyeux Anniversaire À Moi
How did you spend your 21st birthday? A surprise party by your closest friends? A celebration of life with your family members? A simple dinner with your housemates? A night out clubbing till the wee morning the next day? or just go mamak with a few unknowing friends?

I spend the eve of mine, going to class, going for badminton, doing assignment, went for pizza and now blogging about it. Simple, mundane yet i'm feeling kinda happy about it.

Happy birthday to me.

Somewhere Over the Rainbow
When all the clouds darken up the skyway
There’s a rainbow highway to be found
Leading from your window pain
To a place behind the sun
Just a step behind the rain

Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high
There’s a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby

Someday I’ll wish upon a star
And wake up where the clouds are far behind me
Where troubles melt lemon drops
Away above the chimney tops
That’s where you’ll find me

Somewhere over the rainbow
Where birds fly
Birds fly over the rainbow
Why then oh why cant I

If happy little bluebirds fly
Beyond the rainbow
Why, oh, why cant I

One of my all time favourite song. The lyric suits perfectly how i feel right down. In the dumps. Coincidently, i saw a rainbow on my way back to Penang a few days ago. It has been so so long since i saw a rainbow, and it's a full rainbow, so i thought it's a sign. A sign to show me that it would be a great weekend. All went well except something i said last night. I don't even realise it's a mistake, and i still don't think it's a mistake till now. It really did ruin my wholeeee week. wtf....

On a lighter note, the day i got back to Penang, i had dinner with one of my closest friend, PohAi. She's like an older sister to me ever since i met her. Guiding me in a lot of things and giving me alot of advices, bringing me to the clubs and pubs, exposing me to the girls weakest point - makeup!! and shopping..haha Without her, i'll still be the girl that sits at home almost everyday with my hair tied up in ponytails, reading novels using flashlights, without knowing how a pool table looks like. HAHAHAH. We went to our favourite dining place, Yataimura! I ordered my usual katsudon, and her, the whole set of ramen plus rice plus gyoza! As glutton as she might be, she's still very slim and pretty. Some people just have the genes..haiz...

Guess where we headed next?? YES! another one of our favourite hangout. Haagen Dazz. Flower Blossom! Woot! and no GREEN TEA flavour!! HAHA, unlike boss stewie, we both hate green tea flavour. Thank you for celebrating my birthday with me. It's the first celebration this year, small yet meaningful as it consist of everything that i really love =)

ps: it's not even my birthday yet...hhahaah

ps:: PohAi's bf took the photo of us...after many many many takes...

Angels Children's Home
Saturday morning, i was asked to volunteer at this place in OUG. To help some Raleigh people to paint the walls. It's a shelter for abused, neglected and orphaned childrens. So i thought "What the heck la, just go, take it as exercise and charity. Somemore can reminisence the ol' times of pre-camp"

I was wide awake since 930am since Christal told me she's coming around my place around 10. I waited...and waited...and waited...send her sms-es "Oi, bila nak datang?!?"

She replied "20 minutes la, coming out from the house now"

Her 20minutes turns out to be 3 hours actually T ______________ T

There's already a hoard of people there when we got there. They already conquered the wall, so i went to play with the kids. They were so adorable and good manners. And they were so manja ok...heart can melt, so semangat telling me some story from some comic book i never heard off.
Ya, i know i abit pinsam because i only took photos of these kids...go over to christal blog for more details and photos.
So i cut stencils for the rest of the afternoon, and then it start raining.

We went out for some nice steamboat at Sri Petaling..kakaka... Then continue working for the rest of the time.
There's like red ants and cockcroaches running around the drain, but we had no place to stand except in the drain -.-|| Our sources of light that night was from the only street lamps and our mobile phones. By the way, they had some one sponosor us lunch and then the coffee shop boss around that area saw us working till late so he sponsored us paus for supper..hehe...so kind ok.

Until 2AM, it's a WRAP!!

Actually those people from raleigh not only did the front wall, mural but also they painted the whole double storey house. I mean, practically the whole facade of the house, they had scaffolding around the house. OMG, how resourceful can those people be.

I really had a nice time there with those people. The volunteers are all from different walks of life. It's a good experience for me as this is the first time i went to any shelters. Hope to go there soon =)

DivaLisa's Engagement Dinner
My only sister was officially and legally married to a wonderful man during my last semester break.

In the morning, we went to to Registry Office, to.... registry. Me and mom went to the saloon to get our hair nicely done, but came out the saloon very unhappy with our hair, we did it ourselves at home -.-||

Every little girl dream of getting married someday, today her's was realise.

The process of the whole thing was kinda short. She was giggling while taking oath -.-" Then the deal was signed. Raymond, no pressure...hehe..watched like an eagle.

Sealed by my dad.

and it's a done deal.
Thanks to Christal for helping us take some photos, it's really lovely. You are like our family friend. Know you you for more a decade already. hahaha .

After that, we proceed to have our family photo taken together with Jaz. So complete. However i wish my grandad was there. We went home, and grab some McD on the way..and then went dentist 0_O Weird right, after you got married, all of things, you go to the dentist out of the blue..hahha

The dinner was held at

It's actually a very posh place. I've only been there twice. Then i realize, it wasn't that expensive afterall, just that the place is so grand i thought it will cost me RM100 for an ice cream.

I wanted to take a nice photo of the mansion, but the stupid car was parked there. After dinner, i thought it would be gone, but it's still parked there. Stupid!!

The ambience was wonderful!! They have a jazz band playing there which suits DivaLisa since she's a Jazz freak. She even name our dog, Jaz.One of the waiter there looks abit like Michael Scorfield, no kidding, even my brother's gf agrees with me. haha

Our dinner party started off well. The food i feel it's only so-so. Well, at least my steak isn't that amazing, was kinda overcooked. But DivaLisa's angelhair in squid ink was lovely. I really want to eat the whole plate. hahahaha.. Then we had a range of cakes for desserts.

I brought along the tripod. So i kinda look silly carrying a tripod in a middle of a posh restaurant. But i don't want to ruin the photo's with flash light. and the only way i know is to use slow shutter speed. Bodohnya.

Here's the happy couple!

And after dinner, we had a photo infront of the place. I'm a little bit blur because i had to ran to get in position. hahaha

Last but not least, i wish both of you happiness in future. Many good years ahead of you.

Hope it turns out as how i wanted it to be. Perfect.

To those involve, zip it first. Not good time to reveal anything as it might affect a few people.

was sooooo Good!!

Everyone that understands english should go watch. For those who don't, there's always a thing call Subtitles ( like how bananas watch korean series in bm -.-'). So there's no excuse not to watch. Watch it even if you need to download 'em. It's that good. I love the plot, although it's kinda long, it got my attention alright. Just watching Hugh Jackman sizzling it up is enough. kekeke

So it was a fun day out for me. I had on my new mary-janes that scrap my ankle at any chance they had. Hurts like hell, had to stick fugly plaster on my feet. and makes me walk like granny-cum-cripple around Midval. Sweet.

Anyway, the fun part was i did not buy anything at all!! with all the SALE poster around me! Woot! Achievement ppl! and it was the first time i went Asia Cafe in Subang. kekeke...

It was nice and huge and has a veryyy wide range of variety to choose from. Guess what i had in the end ? Same ol' Crispy Chicken Rice..hahhaa... boring me...

Sarah had some korean fried rice that taste exactly like normal fried rice but looks redder! haha...kena con d...
And our lovely driver for the day had some rice and pork.....who is kinda camera-shy...
I also ordered a basket of siu long pau because i heard the stall ppl talking in china accent so i tot it would be nice but its not as nice as the one i tasted before. Blahhh.. I think the taiwan ones are the best la...canot compare d...i believe DivaLisa would agree too.
Anyway, i wanted to post some photos but blogger is acting up again! canot post. So...too bad ler.. >.<

EDITED: I upload the photos d..
